Wayne Davis is the dealer for the NewSmith UK equities team. He joined NewSmith from the BT
pension fund, Hermes Investment Management, where he was Senior Equity Dealer, responsible for
trading cash equities and derivatives. Prior to Hermes he worked at First Quadrant Ltd.
Wayne is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc Honours degree in Law and Accountancy from
Southampton University.
