Lucy Elwes

Lucy Elwes is responsible for business development and client relations with the Asset
Management group.
Prior to joining NewSmith, Lucy was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers,
where she was responsible for hedge fund product management. At MLIM she launched and was
product specialist for two long/short equity hedge funds, MLIM’s first in Europe. Prior to
this, she was an equity analyst within MLIM’s European research team. Lucy is a CFA Charterholder
and holds a First Class Honours degree in Modern Languages from Christ Church, Oxford.
