Andy Sobek
Chief Technology Officer, NewSmith Capital Partners
Andy Sobek is Chief Technology Officer for NewSmith Capital Partners, with global responsibility for
all aspects of the Firm's technology infrastructure.
He has over 13 years' experience in information technology and was previously an Executive Director
at Goldman Sachs where he worked in a number of roles over 11 years. Most recently he was technology
consultant to Goldman's hedge fund clients within the firm's prime brokerage unit.
Andy began his career at IBM. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Leicester.
